30 Day Warranty and Returns


Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping cost via UPS for you based on shipping address. (UPS Can't ship to P.O. Boxe Address) We also offer Priority Mail via USPS for International shipping only. Please also note that UPS shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the UPS we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. - All orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. - We do not ship on weekends. - All orders placed after 4:00pm PST on Friday will be shipped on Monday. - USPS for Domestic and International shipping options are available. - All onlineorders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. - USPS International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. - The customer is responsible for any additional fees incurred upon delivery of their order. - If you want Express shipping please contact us and we will be glad to help you out!

30 Day Warranty and Returns
DOA RETURNS: (Dead on Arrival) -All of our parts are guaranteed to be in working condition as they are removed from working functional units. All parts are inspected prior to shipment. We pride ourselves on maintaining a low return rate. -All orders placed with Team Parts Electronics are guaranteed against DOA. We will exchange, any part to be found not working within the 90 day warranty period and providing a label via Email. If there is another one in stock we will exchange it at no charge, If not we will refund you full amount or give you Store Credit at your Request! -All parts found to be DOA will have another shipped out immediately free of charge. -We will not accept any returns outside the 30 day warranty period. Exchanges: Every TV part we sell is backed by a 30-day warranty. We will give you a full refund OR Team Parts Electronics Store Credit. (Refund may vary due to delivery rate) Restocking Fee: When reason for return is because you don't need the part or ordered the wrong part by mistake, when requesting a refund there will be a 25% Restocking Fee. NOTE: When you receive your RMA Number, we will note your payment information. WE MUST receive your return within 14 days after you received your RMA Number. If we do not receive your return within 14 days of your RMA Number, your payment information on file will be charged the cost of your replacement product, and the RMA will be closed. Pakaging Returns: Please make sure to follow these guidelines when returning your part(s) to ensure the proper and efficient processing of your return. Incorrect returns will be denied by our Returns Department and sent back to you at your expense. To prevent denied returns, we’ve provided you with an easy checklist: • Is it within 30 days of when you placed this order? • Is the RMA Number visible on the OUTSIDE of the package? If the RMA Number is not visible on the outside of the package,WE will refuse the package, and it will be returned to you at your expense. • Are you sending the return to our – Team Parts Electronics – Address: P.O. 124 Fontana, CA 92334? • Will your return arrive at Team Parts Electronics within 14 days of when you received your RMA Number? SECURITY MARKINGS: -All of our parts are individually uniquely marked with a unique identifier. If we find that the part you are returning is tampered, damaged, or salvaged for parts, we will deny your claim with no questions asked. Please ship the part back as you received it.
